Interdisciplinary Team–Restoring Quality to Life
The Specialty Hospital of Meridian uses an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. The interdisciplinary team meets on a weekly basis to discuss each patient's current condition, progress since admission and new treatment goals. Patients' families have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the discharge planning process.
